Pastoral Care
The Grace community provides prayers, meals, the Eucharist at home and clergy visits as needed for those who request this support.
Intercessory Prayer
Intercessors are available to pray with you at the corners of the church each Sunday during the Eucharist. They also lead twice yearly Healing Services (the first Sundays in Advent and Lent) inviting you to come to the altar rail and receive prayers. The Intercessors also pray daily for all requests that come to the Intercessor team.
Email your prayer request to prayers@grace-episcopal.org or call Terry Henry at 707.479.3298. All requests are kept in confidence.
Contact Terry If you are interested in joining the Intercessory Ministry.
Meals Ministry
Susan Calkin leads this ministry of Meal Angels who prepare meals for those needing some assistance during illness or after injury, surgery or loss of a loved one. These meals are made and delivered to your home as often and for as long as necessary, depending on your situation. If you are in need of meals, please contact Susan at susancalkin@sonic.net.
