Grace is opening our doors and beginning a new partnership with Puerta Abierta, a Pentecostal Spanish-speaking congregation who’s name means “open door,” beginning August 1. Puerta Abierta began about 10 years ago under the auspices of the Assembly of God Church in Saint Helena, and has now become independent. They will be renting the Newton room for their Thursday night (7pm) and Sunday night (6pm) Christian formation and worship services. They will begin worshiping in the patio as we are doing at 10 AM, because their services involve unvaccinated children and lots of upbeat singing! Grace is excited to welcome Puerta Abierta. May our partnership be a sign of our unity in Christ across language, ethnicity, and every other division.
