L-R Helen Christianson, Nola Casserly, Bob Cantrall, Diane Leblanc, Sue Cotrell. Missing but very much still part of the leadership of the grace center is Rebecca Bell.

With fire season upon us, with the rise and fall and rise again of the Coronavirus, with the usual pains and sorrows of simply being alive, Grace Church is launching a new support system for members of our church to provide a listening, compassionate ear for those who need someone to talk to. It doesn’t have to be a crisis. You may simply need to talk through your fears, angers, sorrows or whatever else is on your mind. Five members are currently volunteering to be “listeners.” They include Helen Christianson, Sue Cottrell, Rebecca Bell, Nola Casserly, Diane LeBlanc, and Bob Cantrall. But anyone with a compassionate heart and the ability to be a supportive listener is welcome to expand the circle. We truly are all in this together.
